Two men arrested after owner sees them breaking into New Castle business
Two men were arrested in New Castle after police said the two burglarized a business on South Cascade Street Thursday.
Two men were arrested in New Castle after police said the two burglarized a business on South Cascade Street Thursday.
Officers were dispatched to a burglary in progress call after the owner of the business saw the two men breaking in on the security cameras.
Responding NCPD officers did set up a perimeter around the business at which time 35-year-old Charles Trott came out of the business and was taken into custody.
As officers searched the inside of the building, police found the other suspect, 27-year-old John Houk.
Both Houk and Trott are being charged with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and criminal trespass.
They have been booked in the Lawrence County Jail.
