A Warren man is facing several charges after police said he dropped his pants while near the Pit Stop gas station on 422 Monday afternoon.
Police said they found the man, 58-year-old Andra Pugh, with his shorts down, exposing his genitals and stumbling down Kenilworth Avenue in the roadway.
Once Pugh saw the officers, he tried to get back on the sidewalk.
He was laughing and kept walking into a nearby backyard, according to a police report.
Police said Pugh was still exposing himself until he lifted his shorts up.
Officers noticed several neighbors, including children, were outside seeing the incident unfold.
Pugh had an open Ice House beer in one hand and a bottle of opened Irish Rose in the other, according to police.
Police said Pugh then started to pee on himself when officers approached him.
He kept insisting he did nothing wrong and he was just going home.
While officers were taking Pugh to the jail, police said he was threatening an officer saying he would kill him.
Pugh now faces charges of public indecency, disorderly conduct-intoxication and menacing.
He plead not guilty in court Tuesday and will be in court again in September.
