An appeal set to be filed by convicted murderer Nasser Hamad has been delayed once again.

Court officials granted Hamad's attorney an additional 30 days to file the appeal, saying Hamad couldn't meet his June 25th deadline.

The entry says the attorney should meet the next deadline or the court "may dismiss the appeal" altogether.

Hamad was sentenced to prison for the shooting deaths of two men after an altercation at his home in 2017.

The appeal is now due Wednesday, July 25.
