A pool on Youngstown's north side is opening its doors for the summer. 

The pool almost didn't open this summer because there were no lifeguards available. 

From 1-7 p.m. on Monday through Saturday through August 11, adults and children can keep out of the heat for a small price. 

Admission is $1 for children and $2 for adults.
