Thirty-nine-year-old Marcus Crum appeared in Warren Municipal Court on Thursday and was found guilty of a misdemeanor assault charge.
On October 22nd, a Warren woman says her daughter suffered head and neck injuries at the school.
The victim required treatment for her injuries at St. Joseph Hospital.
Judge Thomas Gysegem sentenced Crum to fifteen days at the Warren Alternative Sentencing Program and ten days in jail.
Crum can avoid the jail time if he performs 80 hours of community service.
He has also been placed on probation for three years
