Another victim tells her story about convicted killer Danny Lee Hill

While a judge is still determining if a man accused of raping and killing a 12-year-old Boy Scout should have another chance to argue his case, one of Danny Lee Hills earliest victims is speaking out.
"There are a lot of innocent people he has left in his wake," said Candyce Ware.
More than 30 years have passed since Ware was brutally raped by, then 17-year-old, Danny Lee Hill.
Only a juvenile at the time, Hill plead guilty. He served some time behind bars and was released.
Shortly after is when he raped and killed 12-year-old Raymond Fife.
"I felt if I would have done more, if I could have done more, then Raymond would still be here. He was a precious little innocent boy that did not deserve to lose his life," said Ware.
On Monday, Ware received word that the man who has brought her so much pain over the years wants another trial.
"We are not talking about a productive person in society here. We're not talking about somebody who can be rehabilitated. Come on, he's been on death row for 30 years. I mean, enough is enough," said Ware.
This isn't Hill's first attempt to change his fate. He has filed several unsuccessful appeals, most notable a claim that he is intellectually challenged.
Hill's attorney claims that new evidence has been uncovered that would impact Hill's right to a fair trial.
The state believes it's just another attempt to delay death.
After Monday's hearing, a visiting judge said he would rule in ten days on whether or not Hill can file a motion for another trial.
In 10 days the state can file a request for another hearing; otherwise presiding Judge Patricia Cosgrove will issue her ruling.
Ware said she has testified against the accused killer in the past and is willing to take the stand again.
