The $1.8 million steel beam replacement project took 10 months to complete.
80% of the costs was funded with a grant from the Federal Bridge Replacement program.
The city and county handled the remaining 20%.
The Mahoning County Engineer's Office continue to look for innovative public financing methods to stretch their limited revenues to maximize the amount of infrastructure upgrades they can complete for the residents of Mahoning County.
