The Ohio State Highway Patrol has released the location of tonight's OVI checkpoint in Mahoning County.

An OVI checkpoint will be conducted on Fifth Avenue at Fairgreen Avenue near Wick Park from 10 p.m. tonight until 2 a.m. Sunday.

Law enforcement agencies are required to announce the date, time and, and location of a DUI check point.

Warning signs must be posted at checkpoint locations to notify drivers as they approach.
