Nine American flags on a hill mark the spot on Mogadore Road in Akron where two pilots and seven passengers lost their lives.

A small business jet crashed into an apartment building on November 10th, killing all nine people on board.

No one was inside the small brick apartment building or another home that caught fire.

Now the NTSB does one final search through the wreckage, it's also issued a preliminary report on the deadly crash.

Transmissions from the pilot of the plane to a flight instructor on the ground of the Akron-Canton Airport discussed landing conditions.

Part of the discussion was that the plane was coming in low, or flying low to the ground.

The pilots of the accident plane acknowledged the transmission with "thanks for the update."

Just moments later a camera south of the airport captured the crash on camera.

An explosion and post crash fire were caught on video --- just after the airplane flew out of the security camera's view.

The preliminary report does not indicated an exact cause of the crash, or whether the pilot is believed to have been at fault.

The plane flew out of Dayton and crashed just 2 miles from the Akron Fulton International Airport.

Clean up crews from the NTSB will take the next several hours to get all the salvageable things out, and then a demolition crew will move in to tear the building down.

Neighbors say unfortunately the area has now become a tourist attraction. And they want to make sure that people don't forget this wasn't just a plane crash. Nine lives were lost here.
