Affidavit: Niles teen murder suspect came home covered in blood

Authorities say a Niles teenager accused of fatally beating a 94-year old neighbor remains in custody amid extra security.
No decision was made in the case of 15-year-old Jacob Larosa following Friday's probable cause hearing held by Trumbull County Family Court Judge Sandra Stabile Harwood.
More hearings are scheduled in July for Larosa, who is charged with aggravated murder and attempted rape in connection with the death of Marie Belcastro.
The outcome of the hearing could decide whether or not Larosa will face the charges as an adult or a juvenile.
Judge Stabile Harwood has overruled defense objections to allowing the media to access records in the case.
The judge found no evidence to prove that public access to the information would endanger the fairness of the legal process.
Some of those documents released have already produced new information about the investigation.
According to an affidavit, investigators say that a heavy object was used as a weapon, and that Belcastro was repeatedly struck with that object.
The document also says that liquor bottles were missing from Belcastro's home, and video surveillance shows Larosa carrying liquor bottles through the neighborhood.
The police investigation found that Larosa went home the night of murder covered in blood, and told his mother that he had been attacked by three people.
The teen was taken to Saint Joseph Medical Center, but hospital officials told police they found no cuts or other injuries on the boy that would explain why he was covered in blood.
