The trial for a Youngstown man accused of shooting at Hubbard officers has been moved to Wednesday.
Twenty-six-year-old Jeffery Irby appeared in court Monday morning. He is accused of felonious assault for shooting at Hubbard Police officers.
In October, Irby was stopped by police for a traffic stop. A foot chase ensued, where Irby fired three to seven shots at an officer. None of the officers were hit by the gunfire.
If Irby is convicted, he could face more than 15 years in prison.
