Victim identified in fatal New Castle fire
Fire investigators continue to look for information after a body was found in a burning building in New Castle.

New Castle Police and the Lawrence County Coroner have identified the victim of a fatal house fire on Sunday afternoon.
The victim has been identified as 43-year-old Edward Malz. Police tell 21 News that an autopsy is scheduled for Monday afternoon.
Firefighters responded to a call on Wabash Avenue in the Mahoningtown section of New Castle around 2:30 Sunday afternoon.
The Lawrence County coroner was called to the scene after the victim was found in the building.
Firefighters say the home is a total loss.
