A Poland boy claimed victory for the second year in a row at the Ohio State fair spelling bee.
Luke Martinucci, 10, competed in the third and fourth grade division at the state fair.
In July, he started studying the list of words that could be used in the bee.
Luke's final word was genoise, which is a sponge cake.
"Then the announcer said, 'You deserve to win after you spelled genoise. That is a hard word.'," said Luke.
Luke said he was confident throughout most of the competition. The word presumptuous was the only word that made him nervous.
