A convicted murderer scheduled to die in Ohio filed another appeal.
A federal judge denied a bid from Danny Lee Hill, earlier this month, to be immediately taken off death row, but Hill was allowed to continue the appeals process.
Hill was sentenced to death for raping, torturing and murdering Raymond Fife, 12, in September of 1985.
Public Defender Vicki Werneke claims that Hill should not be executed because he is intellectually disabled.
