YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Police were called to a Shirley Road home just after 3:00 a.m. Thursday morning where they found a body in the driveway.

They identified the victim as 70-year old Dennis Simmons, who they say had been beaten to death.

At the scene, police found 33-year-old Leo Kellish covered in blood.

In 2006 Kellish was arrested at Simmons home on a domestic violence charge.

According to Mahoning County Jail Records, Kellish has been booked on a charge of aggravated murder.

 Police have not released a motive for the killing.
