HOWLAND, Ohio - Howland police are asking for the public's help in tracking down a daytime robbery suspect.

HOWLAND, Ohio - Howland police are asking for the public's help in tracking down a daytime robbery suspect.
At about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to the BP gas station in the 100 block of Niles Cortland Road SE to respond to an armed robbery.
The suspect described as a man between the ages of 25 and 30, fled on foot and was seen driving away southbound on Rt. 46 in a blue GMC Sonoma.
It's believed the suspect got away with at least $700 in cash from the register. The clerk tells police the suspect brandished a handgun, pointed it at her face and demanded the money.
Police have provided an image of the suspect caught on surveillance video.
