WARREN, Ohio - A Warren police officer appeared in court on Tuesday to answer to a probation violation.
Jeffrey Miller could serve five days in jail for failing to complete an alcohol treatment program.
Police say Miller failed to stop at a red light on Route 224 last year and hit another vehicle.
Miller's attorney told the judge that family issues prevented him from finishing the program.
