CAMPBELL, Ohio - Former Campbell Mayor George Krinos is scheduled to go before a judge on Tuesday accused of calling in a false alarm.

According to a Boardman police report, Krinos called for help from a township restaurant complaining that he done too much cocaine.

When the ambulance arrived, Krinos refused medical treatment and told officers that he called for help because was afraid of being beaten by five men in the parking lot.

Krinos resigned as Campbell mayor early last year after a prolonged battle with city council.
