YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio- The Mahoning County Grand Jury indicted a Youngstown man for allegedly raping a five year old child.

Besides the rape count, 32-year-old Ralph Smith is also indicted on 22 counts of child endangering.

According to the indictment, Smith allegedly tortured the five year old and another child between the ages of seven and nine.
