NEW CASTLE, Pennsylvania- A homicide in New Castle over the weekend was committed with a BB gun, according to police.

Frank Breitenstein, 45, of Volant died Saturday after being shot in the chest, causing a BB to strike an artery.

Breitenstein bled to death a short time later at Jameson Hospital.

Police said it appears that he and a suspect had gotten into an argument prior to the shooting.

No one has been charged in Breitenstein's death.
