A Canfield woman who drowned her twin children thirteen years ago has died. Fifty year old Annette Giancola passed away over the weekend. She was found innocent by reason of insanity after drowning her three year old son and daughter in the bathtub of their Canfield home in 1997. Her attorney Scott Cochran tells 21 News that Giancola's psychological condition had improved since undergoing counseling and living in a private residence.
