BROOKFIELD, Ohio - FBI agents arrest a Brookfield man after discovering child pornography on his computer.
When the FBI raided 48-year-old Brian Radachy's Brookfield home, they say they found 600 cd's containing child pornography.
According to the criminal complaint against Radachy investigators say when they questioned him about the material he admitted he had approximately 1,000 cd's with child pornographic images and videos.
Local FBI agents were first tipped off to Radachy by agents in California.
The California agents say back in February they were using a public file sharing program on the Internet when they ran across a user they say turned out to be Radachy.
They say they downloaded more than 480 images and video file of child porn which they say they traced back to Radachy.
This is not Radachy's first brush with the law. He is already a registered tier three sex offender stemming from a conviction in New York state.
He's now facing charges for knowingly receiving and distributing child pornography. He's scheduled to make his first appearance on the charges in federal court on Tuesday.
