After nearly a century in business... a Valley company has closed its doors... putting 18 people out of work. A company based out of Indianapolis bought out the Mahoning Paint Corporation last week. A spokesperson for I-V-C Industrial Coatings says it closed the Youngstown business on Friday. Mahoning Paint was founded in 19-11.
