An 83-year-old Austintown man was arrested for robbing a PNC bank on Mahoning Avenue. Forrest Lytell is a veteran and until now has had no criminal history. 21 News Anchor Madison Tromler sat down with him on why he says he reached a breaking point and all he wants is support.
