According to court documents, a Youngstown man accused of robbing an employee at a U-Haul facility in Warren has been indicted on one felony charge.

Robert Elias, 43, has been indicted on one charge of robbery (F2).

He is set to appear in court for his arraignment on April 9 at 1:30 p.m.

According to a police report regarding the incident, authorities were called to a U-Haul Facility in Warren in February for an alarm drop.

There, an employee told officers that she was robbed when a man, later identified as Elias, came into the building and tried to sell a watch to another customer.

Police say the customer did not pay attention to the man, causing him to walk into the bathroom and come back after the room was empty.

The employee continued, telling police that Elias came up to her and said he was "going to have to hurt someone today" and didn't want it to be her - adding that he had a gun in his pocket as he put his hand into his pocket.

According to the report, the man never actually brandished a gun.

Police say that the employee activated the alarm, opened the register and handed Elias roughly $100.

Police were later able to find Elias, who matched the employee's description of the suspect, and brought him back to the U-Haul facility where the employee was able to identify him.

Elias was then arrested and charged with robbery.
