Reward offered for information identifying suspect in Warren arson
Investigators with the Ohio State Fire Marshal's Office are calling on the public to help identify a suspect in an arson that took place in Warren early Thursday morning.
According to a press release, the fire happened at a home on the 400 Block of Belmont Street NE shortly before 3:30 a.m. Thursday. When crews got to the scene, the fire had already been put out with a fire extinguisher.
Investigators say gasoline was found on the front porch of the home indicating that the fire was intentionally set. Video footage captured by a doorbell camera shows a person of interest (pictured below).
A $5,000 reward is being offered to anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
