Police say they were investigating a separate incident when a car sped past them on Route 422 by the Eastwood Mall with no headlights on. The car then crashed into a post.

 

Crews with the Youngstown Fire Department told 21 News when they got to the scene, the car was flipped upside down in the middle of the road and the driver had fled the scene.
 

Overnight water main break shuts off water services for some Youngstown customers
