Fire crews in Mineral Ridge responded to a fire in a detached garage Friday afternoon.

The fire took place at the detached garage of a home on 1800 Block of East County Line Road. Drone footage sent to 21 News by a viewer shows smoke billowing from the garage.

Crews on scene tell 21 News the fire stemmed from a vehicle fire in the garage. The garage and the vehicle inside it were deemed a total loss, but the house itself sustained little to no damage.

Crews say people were in the house at the time and one person was working in his workshop in the garage when he noticed the fire and called first responders. Crews on scene tell us everyone got out ok and there were no injuries reported.
