An investigation is underway after emergency crews were called to the Trumbull Family Fitness facility on Thursday.

Reports reveal that a man, identified as 61-year-old Gregory Frontz, fell into a pool that had little to no water in it. 

When crews arrived, they found him laying in the pool bleeding. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

21 News is working to find out why the pool did not have water in it, and the circumstances surrounding Frontz's fall.
