OSP dispatchers have confirmed that two people have died in a fatal crash in Vienna Township.

The crash occurred on State Route 193 near Squaw Creek. Dispatchers confirmed that the Trumbull County Coroner was called to the scene. 

According to a release from OSP, the victims were 26 year old Cassidy Walsh and 74 year old Geraldine Newby, both from Warren.

Pictures sent back from 21 News crews at the scene show severe front end damage to both vehicles involved. 

The OSP release says that Walsh, driving a Mitsubishi Lancer, veered left of center and struck Newby's Buick Encore, causing the accident. 

The reason why Walsh veered over the double yellows is still under investigation.
