The Johnston Township Fire Department responded to a call of a garage of fire on Stoddard Hayes Road just before noon Thursday.

Fire officials tell 21 News a pickup truck that was parked in the garage was destroyed.

The home was also exposed to the blaze.

The property owner was at home during the incident, but no one was hurt.

The fire has since been extinguished, and the cause is currently under investigation.
