A Struthers judge ruled Monday that the Youngstown Jewish Community Center threat suspect is not to have access to any weapons or any social media.
Judge Dominic Leone also decided that 20-year-old, James Patrick Reardon, Jr., cannot be within 500 feet of the Youngstown Jewish Community Center or any synagogues.
Additionally, Reardon's bond was set at $250,000. If he posts bond, he is to be placed on house arrest and will be denied work privileges and will be subject to drug testing and random home visits and searches.
His next scheduled court appearance is September 13.
The U.S. Attorney's Office is reportedly looking to take the case and possibly issue federal charges.
Reardon, a New Middletown man, was arrested by local police and federal agents after allegedly posting a video threatening to shoot-up Youngstown's JCC.
