Twenty-seven-year-old Ryan Rulong is a suspect in Tuesday afternoon's robbery of the True North gas station on East Market Street in Howland.
The clerk told police that a man wearing a mask and carrying a gun robbed the business at around 3:30 pm.
The employee told dispatchers that the robber drove off in a white Ford pickup truck with license plates covered in purple paint.
Minutes later police pulled over a pickup truck fitting the description along Route 11 southbound near Tibbets-Wick Road.
Police arrested the driver, identified as Ryan Rulong, and took him to the Trumbull County Jail.
