Youngstown's north side was lit up Saturday morning after a car broke out in flames.

The car was right across from the CVS on Fifth Avenue by Westbound Service Road around midnight when the driver said it started smoking and he got out as fast as he could.

Smoke from the fire rose several feet into the air.

Fire officials said no one was injured, but it did take some time for crews to get the fire out.

The driver said he had just got the car from an impound lot. 

There's no word yet on the cause of the fire.
