Suspect arrested after man dies in shooting outside New Castle bar
New Castle police said they have a suspect in custody in connection to a shooting early Saturday morning that left one man dead and a woman injured.

Police arrested 29-year-old David A. Williams (aka D-Lo) of New Castle.
He is being charged with criminal homicide, two counts of aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and firearms not to be carried without a license.
According to a press release from the New Castle Police Department, the incident took place in the parking lot of Double D's Cafe on East Washington Street.
The shooting happened around 2:14 am.
The victim, identified as 33-year-old Joseph Alan Kelosky of Wampum, Pennsylvania, was found in the parking lot and taken to UPMC Jameson where he was pronounced dead.
The woman was shot in the leg and is being treated at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown.
Investigators believe the shooting was the result of a disturbance between other individuals at the bar.
Williams is booked into the Lawrence County Jail and will be arraigned in the morning.
