A woman currently on probation for a previous conviction of bestiality is back in the Trumbull County Jail. This time she is accused of robbing a bank.
Officials were called out to the Chase bank on W. Market Street around 12:30 pm on Wednesday.
According to police, employees at the bank said a woman, later identified as 35-year-old Amber Finney, walked into the bank and handed a teller a note.
Finney was reportedly carrying a large purse, with her face covered in a hood, and told the teller "she did not want to hurt her."
The teller reportedly told Finney that she could only dispense $1,000 at a time. A report says Finney took the $1.000 and walked out of the bank.
Bank employees reportedly told police they saw Finney walk outside and meet up with a man who was standing in the parking lot.
Police say they were able to follow footprints in the snow behind several houses on Haymaker, and then north toward the front porch of a home on Ward Street NW.
Officers say the owner of the home went inside and brought out Finney who was arrested.
Finney was taken to the Trumbull County Jail. She is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday afternoon.
Police say 30-year-old Richard Williams has been charged with complicity in the case. A 15-year-old boy has also been arrested and will face charges, according to the report.
Finney pleaded no contest to bestiality in 2017, she served time in jail and was ordered to remain on probation until 2022.
