The men just 18 and 19-years-old are suspected of firing into the apartment of a young mother last week and killing her as she shielded her toddler.
21 News spoke exclusively to the victim's mother who said her daughter worked hard and took care of her son and didn't deserve to die this way.

Nineteen-year-old Burton McGee was taken into custody at around 7:30 am on Thursday at his Rockford Village apartment.
And after being questioned by Youngstown Police Detectives, 18-year-old murder suspect Martize Daniels emerged telling a 21 News photographer to quote, "Take his picture."
The victim died after 45 shots were fired on McBride Street last Thursday night. Many of the bullets penetrating the walls of her apartment as she used her body to shield her two-year-old son Gabriel.
Her mother doesn't want anyone else to suffer the pain of her loss.
"I don't want anyone to forget her. I want her to be known out there. There cannot be another Crystal with this violence and this crime. It needs to stop," Ramos said.
Several sources suspect the target was the victim's boyfriend who didn't appear to be home at the time of the deadly shooting.
The U.S. Marshals are working to locate a third suspect, 21-year-old Marquise Torres-Willis, who is considered armed and dangerous.
Ramos said, "Where are their parents? Why are they out there with guns? Where are they getting guns from? I mean Crystal did not deserve to die this way."
