Two men were arrested Saturday after police responded to reports of a person down on Youngstown's South Side.
According to a police report, officers came across 19-year-old Clayton Felder and 20-year-old Daquante Kimbrough who both appeared to be either drunk or high.
Felder was sitting on the sidewalk, and allegedly told police he was in pain because he twisted his ankle running home.
According to a police report, Kimbrough was standing over Felder holding a white purse with some kind of medical device.
Kimbrough allegedly couldn't explain where the purse came from and was subsequently cuffed.
According to a police report, officers went to Crickets Bar nearby and were informed that multiple cars were broken into.
The manager of Crickets told police that there is surveillance footage of the men breaking into cars.
Felder was allegedly found to be in possession of two full bags of marijuana.
While searching Kimbrough, police allegedly found marijuana and a .22 rifle with a modified barrel.
Kimbrough was taken into custody and faces charges of criminal damage, theft from a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of a dangerous ordinance, and possession of marijuana.
Felder was transported to Mercy Health with a police hold and faces charges of aggravated menacing, drug possession, criminal damage, theft from a motor vehicle, and possession of marijuana.
Kimbrough and Felder are scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
According to a police report, officers returned stolen items to their owners.
