Just before 8 am the Liberty Fire Department was called out to a car that crashed into the bridge wall on Tibbets Wick Road over State Route 11.
Ambulances were called earlier to three accidents on the Madison Avenue Expressway in Youngstown.
In Boardman, several crashes are reported along the bridge on Walker Mill.
According to scanner reports, Struthers and Poland police were reporting some slippery roads at around 7 am.
Beaver Township police are investigating a report of a vehicle flipped over on West Western Reserve Road near Route 11.
Leffingwell Road near Raccoon Road in Canfield is said to be a "sheet of ice".
In Western Mahoning County, Jackson Township Police and Firefighters were called to the westbound lane of Interstate 76 where a truck overturned near Bailey Road.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol in Columbiana County was called to investigate a car that slid into a ditch on State Route Seven near Beaver Local High School at around 6 am.
Just after 6:30 am there was a report that a car spun out of control on State Route 11.
Troopers reported freezing rain in the area.
While East Liverpool. Beaver Local and Heartland Christian Schools are closed for the day, many other districts in the county are operating under a two-hour delay.
