There is a new Dairy Queen in Columbiana at 44844 State Route 14.

There will be special deals all week to welcome the new store to Columbiana.

According to a press release, there will be plenty of outdoor patio seating, as well as a two-lane drive-thru.

The new Dairy Queen will also feature an integrated technology platform, including a Dair Queen mobile application, which will allow customers to order online, receive rewards and incentives, pay online and allow you to pick up your order without waiting in the drive-thru line.

They will be open year-round and will open at 6:30 a.m. daily to serve breakfast. 

The store will employ four managers, two assistant managers, four cake decorators, and 55 employees, and the press release informs that applications are still being accepted.

To help celebrate, "Curly the Cone" will be making random appearances in the next week.  

Dairy Queen coloring sheets and DQ helium balloons are also available for children on request, while supplies last.
