A popular mid-summer festival is back in the Valley this year. 

The annual Mt. Carmel Festival will kick off Wednesday in Lowellville July 18 through the 21. 

People can enjoy lots of good food and fun, including a Bocce and Morra Tournament and the famous Baby Doll Dance will take place Wednesday through Friday.

The festival will end with fireworks on Saturday night.
