Police have arrested a Youngstown man who apparently got pretty excited about the results of some male enhancement supplements he bought in Austintown.
A clerk at the GNC store on Mahoning Avenue told police that the man bought the pills Thursday afternoon.
He left the store only to return shortly with his genitals exposed and said “these supplements really work,” according to the clerk.
The clerk's boyfriend followed the suspect to the nearby Dollar General store where police arrived and identified him as 21-year-old Shedrick Nichols.
Although the clerk told the officer she didn't want to press charges, police found that there was a warrant out for Nichols' arrest on a charge of complicity.
Nichols was booked into the Trumbull County Jail.
This isn't Nichols' first experience of being in the public eye.
According to court records, Nichols is on probation having already been convicted of public indecency twice this year.
He was sentenced to 25 days in jail and fined $100 in February for a violation in Boardman.
One month later he was found guilty of public indecency again, this time in Austintown court. He was again fined $100 and sentenced to thirty days in jail.
