The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force has arrested Shaun Ryan Simpson, 23, for the November 12th murder of his girlfriend.

Warren police issued the murder warrant on Monday and within hours he was arrested in Warren.

Simpson is charged with shooting 22-year-old Becky Pine at the South Leavitt Road home they shared.

Police said Pyne was dropped off by her boyfriend at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.

Simpson, who is also the father of Pyne's two-month old child, left the hospital but returned later to check on her.

Pyne died from her wounds.

Police found blood and several shell casings at the home.
