There will be no prison time for two people arrested during a raid on a methamphetamine lab in Goshen Township.
A judge has placed 31-year-old Angela Firestone of Akron and 46-year-old Andrew Bourgoujian on probation for three years after pleading earlier to drug charges.
They were among three people charged after police raided the illegal drug manufacturing operation at Bourgoujian's Oakwood Street home in February, 2015.
The third person arrested, 44-year-old Bryan Dilling of Beloit, was already sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to illegal manufacture of drugs, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, and illegal possession of drugs.
In 2012, Dilling pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition in Columbiana County court. The victim was a 17 year old girl with mental disabilities.
One year later, Dilling was arrested in North Jackson as a fugitive sex offender. He was also charged with burglary.
