Police are working to get the more than one million fans who crowded into downtown Cleveland for today's Cleveland Cavalier's parade, back out of the city.
Meanwhile, some of the festivities are still going on downtown, and the Cleveland Indians have a 7 p.m. home game.
Around 4 p.m. Traffic was reportedly backed up to East 55th Street as cars attempted to exit the city.
Because of road congestion, the Regional Transit Authority opened two interim terminals for all buses traveling downtown until 7 p.m.
The westside terminal is west of Tower City, in an area at the intersection of Superior, West Prospect and Huron avenues.
The eastside terminal is the Stephanie Tubbs Jones transit center.
At 5 p.m., the transit system tweeted that all routes are experiencing delays.
