A portion of Oak Hill Avenue in Youngstown for more than an hour Monday afternoon after a tractor trailer struck a railroad trestle.

The truck was too high to clear the trestle which crosses Oak Hill just south of what is popularly known as the "Mr. Peanut Bridge."

Railroad officials have been informed of the accident and crews are inspecting the trestle for damage.

A spokesperson for CSX says all rail traffic over the trestle has been halted until the inspection is completed.

Oak Hill Avenue was open to traffic again shortly before 1:30 p.m.
