Governor John Kasich now plans two campaign stops in the Valley prior to Tuesday's presidential primary.
Mahoning County Republican Party Chairman Mark Munroe tells 21 News that Kasich will hold a town hall meeting at Brilex Industries on Monday.
Youngstown State University President Jim Tressel will be Kasich's guest at the event.
Doors open at 9:30 a.m., and the program will begin at 10 a.m.
The program is expected to last for about an hour.
Brilex is located at 1201 Crescent Street, Youngstown.
Kasich will also hold a rally at the Spread Eagle Tavern in Hanoverton Sunday evening.
The Spread Eagle Tavern is located at 10150 Plymouth St, Hanoverton, Ohio.
Doors are scheduled to open at 5:30, with the program beginning at 6 p.m.
So far, Kasich is the only presidential hopeful from either major party to announce a campaign stop in the Valley before the election.
