A Youngstown man remains in the Mahoning County jail, accused of sexually assaulting girl he was babysitting.

Struthers Police say they charged 21-year-old Devante Corinaldi with rape.

Investigators say Corinaldi assaulted the six-year-old at her home while the child's stepfather had left home for an hour.

Bond for the suspect is set at $500 thousand.

He's scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on Wedenesday in Struthers Municipal Court.
