Mercer County man seriously injured in rollover crash

A Hadley, Pennsylvania man was seriously injured in a single car rollover crash in Mercer County.

A Hadley, Pennsylvania man was seriously injured in a single car rollover crash in Mercer County.

State Police say that just before 7 a.m. Saturday, a car driven by Brian Depreta swerved off on side of the southbound lanes of I-79 North of Lake Wilhelm, and then swerved to the other side of the road before spinning around and rolling over several times.

Depreta was thrown from the car.

The southbound lanes of I-79 were closed for a short time in the area to allow the landing a medical helicopter which flew the victim to Hammot Medical Center in Erie for treatment of serious injuries.
