Former Campbell teacher guilty of having sex with three students
A former Campbell Memorial High School teacher could face prison time when she is sentenced for having sex with three of her students.
Thirty-one-year-old Shannon Pavlansky-Wojtowicz pleaded guilty on Thursday to three counts of sexual battery, one count of illegally using minors in nude performances, and one count of disseminating material harmful to juveniles. Eight other charges were dismissed.
Investigators say Pavlansky-Wojtowicz had sex with three different male students, one of them age 16, the other two, 17. The conduct occurred during a time period spanning from September 2011 to January of this year when she resigned her position with the school.
The prosecutor's office tells 21 News that Wojtowicz, who had been a teacher in the district since 2009 requested one of the minors to text her nude photos of himself.
She sent nude images of herself to all three of the minors.
Judge R. Scott Krichbaum set sentencing for October 6.
